對于管板焊機的故(gu)障(zhang),必須正確分(fen)(fen)析(xi),有(you)的故(gu)障(zhang)很(hen)容易查找(zhao),僅換幾(ji)個元件(jian)即可排除。但由(you)于(yu)線路設(she)計不(bu)合理產(chan)生的誤(wu)差,就需要根據實際情(qing)況分(fen)(fen)析(xi)處(chu)理。例如(ru),我(wo)們使用(yong)77—1型焊(han)機時曾(ceng)發現,當工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流30A以上(shang)(shang)時,焊(han)機接觸器CJ2有(you)忽(hu)通忽(hu)斷的響(xiang)聲,其(qi)后(hou)自動(dong)切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源;如(ru)無高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,CJ2又工作正常(chang)。我(wo)們分(fen)(fen)析(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路圖(tu)后(hou)認為,該(gai)焊(han)機利用(yong)高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)引弧,使高(gao)、低(di)(di)頻(pin)(pin)處(chu)于(yu)一個電(dian)(dian)(dian)路上(shang)(shang),如(ru)果高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)扼流圈不(bu)能阻止高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進入低(di)(di)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,將使工作不(bu)正常(chang),甚至燒(shao)壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)器元件(jian)。上(shang)(shang)述故(gu)障(zhang)就屬于(yu)這種情(qing)況,即高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流進入了低(di)(di)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。
